- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would recommend this Veterinary the office and especially Dr Winning to all my friends. He is the most honest caring person I have ever meet. We have had three pets with serious conditions and he and his staff treated our dogs as if they were their own. They were honest about pricing and about the chance of recovery our dogs had. He asking chances of our dogs recover from the illnesses. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about pet care and the special needs of our dogs. I am very blessed knowing we are not just a customer here. Dr winning and his staff remembers who you are and each of your pets name and history.
